Scrubbing Squad is a children's IP franchise, a phygital platform, and a soon to be incorporated separate CIO charitable foundation, built around one mission. We're pre-revenue and approaching our first raise. That isn't a caveat. It's the reason the advisors who join now are the ones whose fingerprints end up on the product, the franchise, and the foundation.
We've drawn ten seats around the exact gaps the next two years depend on. Each one is real, each one is open, and each one matters to a specific part of what we're building. If one of them is your life's work, this is the right conversation.

We have the platform vision, the eighteen characters, three vehicles and the product architecture. What the build needs now is expert judgement in the rooms where the big decisions get made. These are the eight advisor seats and two Foundation trustee seats, and we want mission-aligned, world-class talent in every one.
Our missions are built on developmental science across two age bands, 4 to 6 and 7 to 11. The research behind how children actually build habits has to be right, because it is the product.
Ace Mode is a core platform feature, not an accessibility afterthought. We need clinical and lived expertise to make it genuinely useful to the children the rest of the market overlooks.
The platform makes claims about children's wellbeing, and our partners buy verified Evidence of Effort. Those claims need a validation methodology that survives clinical and boardroom scrutiny.
Eighteen characters, a franchise architecture, and a media slate in development. The licensing decisions made now determine what gets protected, what scales across YouTube, streaming, gaming, and consumer products, and what gets lost.
The phygital model only works if the physical products and the online store do. We need retail, direct-to-consumer, and consumer-products expertise to build the commerce layer that turns one purchase into a multi-year journey.
Our schools programme needs advisors who know what heads, SENCOs, and MAT leaders actually need, what survives a school board, and how an EdTech product earns its way into a classroom.
Our growth runs through corporate wellbeing, ESG, and a sponsorship rail that funds children who could not otherwise take part. We need someone who has opened those doors before and knows how the deals are really done.
We're approaching our first institutional raise. We need someone who has built the governance, the cap table, and the investor-grade rigour that a serious round demands, and who will hold us to it.
The planned Unlocking Heroes Foundation will be a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with a binding pledge of up to half our profits. We need two independent trustees, one to lead governance and one to lead impact measurement, to stand it up properly and prove it honestly.
In Build: The founding advisory board is forming now. These are the nine seats we are filling first. We are looking for the right person in each seat, in that order, not nine names in a hurry.

We're pre-revenue and building in public. The terms below reflect that honestly, and they reflect the scale of what we're building and the position a founding advisor holds in it.

Founding advisors are credited on the Scrubbing Squad website and in our founding documentation. Your contribution becomes part of the public record, before the world has heard of us.

You receive the product roadmap, the strategy documents, and a seat in the internal working sessions. You see the decisions before they're made, not after.

Founding advisors are the first cohort outside the core team to use the platform in development. Your feedback shapes what ships.

Founding seats are supported by Unapproved Share Options. The full option agreement and vesting schedule arrive in the terms pack when you apply.

This is an active commitment, not a quarterly check-in. Founding advisors engage weekly on specific targets in their domain. The depth of your involvement sets the value of the seat, for you and for the build.

Founding advisors meet the other advisors, the early partners, and the investors joining the build. The network in the room now is part of what you also get.
This is a voluntary, unpaid role. Founding advisory positions are not salaried. They are supported by Unapproved Share Options with a one-year cliff and performance-based vesting thereafter.
The full terms pack, including the option agreement and vesting schedule, is sent to you on application. Complete the form below to receive it.
The two Foundation trustee seats are unpaid charity governance roles and do not carry share options.

This is a high-commitment, high-trust role. We're asking for real expertise and real time, and we're offering real access and real credit in return. If that isn't the right fit, the Ambassador Programme may be a better place to start.

Tell us which seat you're here for and what's personal about it for you. We read every application, and we respond to every one.
