Sgt. Peck is the Squad's relentless engine of Elite Excellence. He was the very first recruit Uncle Jamie ever had, and he nearly broke the whole mission before it began. He was a highly decorated Special Forces trainer who believed discipline alone could solve anything. It could not. It took four spectacular failures, and one small child's drawing, to teach him otherwise. Today he is Chief of Training Missions, running Discovery Camp with all the precision he brought from the Special Forces, but pointed at something new.

He wrote a hundred-page hygiene manual. A nine-year-old picked it up and said it looked like homework. Lesson: children learn by doing, not reading.
A homesick recruit went quiet and Peck called it toughness. The boy went home. Lesson: mental strength is not silence, it is honesty.
His handwashing drill was militarily perfect and left children in tears. Lesson: hygiene must be inviting, not intimidating.
He led a group across a building site to save twelve minutes and a child using a mobility aid was shaken. Uncle Jamie handed him a child's drawing and said: elite excellence is not about the how, Peck. It is about the why. Lesson: safety is the highest form of discipline.
